ATAR or Australian Tertiary Admission Rank is the primary criterion to gain entry into majority of undergraduate university programs in Australia. Year 11 and 12 subjects are divided into 4 units. 2 of these units are completed in year 11 (these have no contribution to the ATAR score) and the other 2 units are completed in year 12, these are the units which do contribute to the overall ATAR score. All 4 units will contribute towards the WACE (Western Australian Certificate of Education) certificate. As these exams contribute towards entry into university, it is fundamental for students and parents to be aware of the process and for students to be prepared when exam time comes along. We can give your child the tools they need to ensure that they are not only ready for their exams but confident in their ability to excel in them.
